This Refund and Withdrawal Policy governs the conditions related to the purchase of tickets for the Scooter Racing Day through this website.
By making a purchase in the shop, the user fully accepts the terms outlined on this page.
Nature of the purchased service
Scooter Racing Day is an amateur motorsport event. The date and location of the event are indicated during the ticket purchase process and in the related information on the site.
Products available for purchase through this shop may include:
• Tickets for event participation
• Official Scooter Racing Day merchandise
• Any physical products related to the event
Visitors do not pay any entrance fee. Entry for guests is completely free. If anyone tries to resell an entrance ticket, please contact the organization directly.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities when the contract specifies a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, tickets purchased for the Scooter Racing Day are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
The right of withdrawal does apply to physical products and merchandise purchased through the shop, which can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return, the product must be:
• Intact
• Unused
• Returned in the original packaging, if available
Shipping costs for the return are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
The organization does not provide or guarantee a pick-up service for the product. The customer must therefore send the return independently using a trackable shipping service and provide a valid tracking code.
Instructions for the return process will be communicated after contacting the organization via email.

Once the product is received and its integrity verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the technical timeframes of the payment system.
Ticket Transfer
If the purchaser cannot attend the event or wishes to transfer the ticket to another participant without one, the ticket can be transferred to another person, following the instructions below:
To request a name change, it is necessary to send an email indicating the new participant’s details. It is not possible to simply swap tickets with another participant, as tickets are unique and marked with the purchaser’s name.

The ticket transfer request must be made within two weeks of purchase or no later 22 May, whichever comes first.
The organization reserves the right to verify the provided information and confirm the ticket transfer before the event.
