Ora si sa che ogni mezzo kittato da pista diventa sempre pi\u00f9 accattivante rispetto alla <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/File:Piaggio_Diesis.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">controparte stradale<\/a>, che personalmente trovo tremendamente noiosa, ma questo Diesis \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 particolare in quanto deve battagliare tra i cordoli contro uno stormo di Piaggio ZIP SP che dominano da oltre 20&#8217;anni i campi di gara del campionato Malossi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo caso \u00e8 difficilissimo capire da che parte iniziare, se dal pilota, dal mezzo, ma credo che creare un p\u00f2 di contesto per capire meglio di cosa e chi stiamo realmente parlando sia doveroso, quindi pi\u00f9 che l&#8217;inizio di un articolo sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 un racconto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora cercate di immedesimarvi in questa situazione: Avete appena vinto il campionato Italiano Malossi della categoria regina 94cc con 6 soli punti dall&#8217;inseguitore su di uno ZIP SP MKI, pochi mesi dopo Malossi presenta all&#8217;EICMA il nuovo 100cc che sostituir\u00e0 il 94cc per il campionato e pensate: &#8220;Quasi, quasi, il prossimo anno faccio la stagione con un Diesis.&#8221; La prima cosa che si dice a uno cos\u00ec &#8220;<em>Smetla d\u2019f\u00e8 l\u2019imbazel, va la<\/em>&#8221; tradotto dal romagnolo &#8220;Smettila di fare l\u2019imbecille, va la&#8221; perch\u00e9 a uno cos\u00ec che vuoi dirgli?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scherzi a parte, ho sempre adorato e tifato per gli outsider, ovvero coloro che vogliono cantare fuori dal coro, quelli che non mollano nonostante le difficolt\u00e0 che gli si parano davanti. Quindi che succede a questo matto <em>invornito <\/em>del Guzz? Al via del campionato 100cc si presenta al Circuito di Modena con un Piaggio Diesis sotto il diluvio universale, roba che ti serve un overcraft per andare a girare, come MINIMO! Ma ad Andrea non frega una beneamata fava, anzi lui \u00e8 pure contento, e giustamente ci vuole provare e quindi inizia la leggenda de &#8220;il Veliero&#8221;! Un pazzo? Si, ma non serve nemmeno chiederlo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma prima di osservare pi\u00f9 nel dettaglio questo fulmine rosso e giallo, facciamo quattro chiacchere con Andrea Guzzon alias GuzzGarage. Sin da ragazzino frequenta l&#8217;ambito delle corse e delle piste in genere, dal CIV poi passa agli Scooter, e nel mentre coltiva una folta community online divulgando il verbo dei 2 tempi su con nozioni tecniche, guide, restauri e montaggi sui social!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma di base lui \u00e8 un genio, miliardario, playboy, filan&#8230; <em>ah no<\/em>, ops <em>scusate quello \u00e8 un altro<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guzz \u00e8 un pilota, un meccanico, un preparatore, \u00e8 di quella razza che se non fanno il tempo sul giro non ci dormono la notte e dove finisce il pilota arriva il content creator che \u00e8 la stessa bella persona genuina che traspare dai video che pubblica. Bene, dopo questa introduzione prendetevi uno snack, una bibitina, mettetevi comodi, accendete un poco di musica e buona lettura! <em>Premetto che questo \u00e8 il riassunto di una telefonata durata oltre 90 minuti, quindi molti paragrafi sono stati riassunti e riarrangiati per comprimere il tutto!<\/em><br><br><strong>[SRD] Ciao Andrea, allora c&#8217;\u00e8 tanto di cui discutere sul Diesis, ma la prima domanda che penso ci facciamo un p\u00f2 tutti \u00e8 PERCH\u00c8? Come mai questa scelta e non un Jog, o un altro mezzo magari pi\u00f9 blasonato e sviluppato in pista?<\/strong><br><br>[Guzz] <em>Ciao Jaco, allora, fondalmentalmente il progetto del Diesis nasce per una collaborazione mia e Malossi, cio\u00e8: preparare lo scooter per la pista, portarcelo, guidarlo e stop non doveva affrontare l&#8217;intera stagione 2025. Il fatto di averci poi corso \u00e8 stata una banale conseguenza, vale a dire: sentivo il bisogno dentro di me di dover fare qualcosa di nuovo, cio\u00e8, lo Zip \u00e8 un mezzo super collaudato e grazie al mio sospensionista, Marco Lazzoni, dopo anni di Trofeo Malossi, sono riuscito a trovare un feeling talmente buono con il mezzo, che mi bastava poco e niente per riaggiustarlo al mio stile di guida di gara in gara. Sapevo cosa impostare, sapevo dove mettere le mani e in poco tempo riuscivamo ad essere competitivi con il resto del gruppo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[SRD] Quindi sostanzialmente avevi bisogno di uno stimolo in pi\u00f9 altrimenti ti annoiavi?<\/strong><br><br>[Guzz] <em>No, no, non era effettivamente noia, perch\u00e9 stare li davanti e battagliare per la vittoria \u00e8 la cosa pi\u00f9 lontana dalla noia che possa esistere. Dunque, come ho detto lo Zip \u00e8 un mezzo collaudato da oltre 25&#8217;anni, il Diesis no. Lo stimolo \u00e8 stato <strong>il gusto di riuscire a portare un nuovo mezzo in pista<\/strong>, svilupparlo da zero, farci esperienza e migliorarlo ad ogni uscita. Grazie sempre a Marco e a Zago, siamo arrivati ad avere un pacchetto motore e ciclistica spaventoso per essere solo alla prima esperienza. Poi va beh la stagione \u00e8 andata com&#8217;\u00e8 andata, tra difetti di giovent\u00f9, qualche problema tecnico, ed io che mi lancio per terra, non vedo l&#8217;ora del 2026!<\/em><br><br><strong>[SRD] Chiunque si augura che la prossima stagione sia migliore di quella appena conclusa, ma non hai effetivamente risposto alla mia domanda, che ammetto essere troppo generica, ma, dove l&#8217;hai pescato il Diesis?<\/strong><br><br>[Guzz] <em>C\u2019hai ragione anche te! Beh, era il 2018, ero a Pomposa, e ricordo questo pilota, Sarik Roufs, che correva nel campionato con uno scooter completamente arancione, il mio colore preferito, con i cerchi nero lucido. Andava fortissimo, sia come guida che come motore le stava dando a tutti quel giorno, persino agli ufficiali e dicevo <strong>&#8220;ma questo che cazzo di scooter \u00e8?&#8221;<\/strong>. In realt\u00e0, all\u2019inizio non avevo nemmeno preso in considerazione il Diesis. Volevo solo realizzare un mezzo con ruota da 12\u2033 e tutte le migliorie teoriche possibili che porta una ruota pi\u00f9 grande rispetto allo Zip con il cerchio da 10&#8243;. Poi per\u00f2 mi \u00e8 venuta l\u2019idea di andare a vedere se quello scooter sconosciuto fosse un ruota 12 e effettivamente lo \u00e8\u2026 ed eccoci al Diesis!<\/em><br><br><strong>[SRD] Era destino che quel giorno fossi li a guardare!<\/strong><br><br>[Guzz]<em> Decisamente&#8230;<\/em><br><br>&#8230;Da qui la nostra chiaccherata arriva a durare pi\u00f9 di un&#8217;ora e mezza, <em>di cui la met\u00e0 a sparar minchiate<\/em>, e l&#8217;altra met\u00e0 a raccontarmi ogni dettaglio del progetto, le varie scelte, quelle sbagliate, quelle giuste, insomma \u00e8 stata una bellissima chiaccherata e ringrazio ancora Andrea per avermi concesso del tempo per la realizzazione di questo pezzo. Quindi congedo il buon Guzz che giustamente ha pure gli affari suoi da fare e vado avanti a buttare gi\u00f9 le svariate righe che comporranno questo articolo. I carter internamente sono un segreto, che Andrea custodisce gelosamente e non ci scuce nonostante l&#8217;offerta di una piada col crudo. All&#8217;interno dei carter sui cuscinetti scorre un albero motore MHR Team, biella 100 con spinotto \u230014 e corsa 47mm senza millerighe. Andando a scoperchiare il Diesis come il vaso di pandora, dobbiamo rimuovere interamente le carenature che non sono quelle originali, ma delle repliche stampate ad hoc in vetroresina da CarbonItaly, quindi decisamente pi\u00f9 leggere rispetto alla controparte in plastica. <br>Rimossa la carena anteriore troviamo un radiatore completamente fatto su misura per il mezzo, Andrea ha creato una dima in cartone aggiustandola di volta in volta per riempire ogni millimetro utile per raffreddare quel motore indiavolato. Il Gas viene gestito da un acceleratore rapido domino mentre sulla sinistra del manubrio abbiamo la classica pulsantiera per spegnere il mezzo e per attivare il faro posteriore in caso di qualifiche o gara bagnata. Tutta la parte elettronica viene alimentata da una batteria posta nel sottosella, insieme al controller per la pompa e alla centralina Malossi. Comunque se mamma e babbo non fanno ciclistica, ci pensa Marco &#8220;Frankenstein&#8221; Lazzoni, il quale ha praticamente preso tre ammortizzatori posteriori RS24\/10R di diversi mezzi: Italjet Dragster, Zip SP e un&#8217;altro che nemmeno Andrea ha capito da dove arrivi, e ha creato un RS24\/10R urlando &#8220;SI PUO&#8217; FAREEE&#8221; cit. La risposta \u00e8 stata: &#8220;<strong><em>No, Jaco, l<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>&#8216;interasse tra telaio e blocco motore \u00e8 nettamente diverso, quindi utilizzando il motorino in campionato la sospensione va regolata di volta in volta, di pista in pista, di conseguenza serve un range di altezza minima e massima per poter regolare l&#8217;assetto posteriore, montando un ammortizzatore Aprila con un interasse maggiore da quello che ci serviva, avrei un mezzo completamente inguidabile<\/strong><\/em>.&#8221; Ecco perch\u00e9 \u00e8 stata intrapresa la strada pi\u00f9 difficile ma che alla fine dei giochi si \u00e8 rivelata vincente. Aggiungo solo che questo \u00e8 uno di quei progetti che vanno ammirati, non tanto perch\u00e9 c&#8217;\u00e8 il grosso supporto di una casa madre come Malossi, che per carit\u00e0 aiuta moltissimo ed \u00e8 apprezzabilissimo e sia chiaro che non sto sminuendo questo fattore, tutt&#8217;altro. Ma vanno ammirati perch\u00e9 c&#8217;\u00e8 uno studio talmente ampio dietro le quinte che ci sono persone che hanno perso intere nottate per trovare soluzioni a ogni problema e difficolt\u00e0 che gli si \u00e8 presentata. Senza contare i mesi di test. Guzz per prepararsi al campionato e tra una tappa e l&#8217;altra, ha percorso centinaia di kilometri su sessioni lunghe in pista, sia per allenarsi, sia per affinare la guida con un mezzo che pesa ben 10kg in pi\u00f9 rispetto agli zip, il quale richiede una guida del tutto diversa in quanto il Diesis ha una ergonomia tutta sua.
